Scheduling

All services are scheduled by appointment only. To fully enjoy our services, please arrive a few minutes early. We encourage scheduling your next appointment before leaving our studio.

Cancellations

Because our services are exclusively reserved for you, we ask that you notify us immediately if you must cancel or need to reschedule. Thank you in advance for this courtesy as we realize that other obligations may arise conflicting with your appointments and this allows us to rebook the time for another guest.

Children

We are currently unable to accommodate small children unless they are receiving a service. This allows us to focus solely on our guest so they can relax and unwind in a quiet atmosphere. Thank you for understanding this policy. We do offer some services for small children, such as ½ hour massages. Please ask if you are interested in these services.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates for any of our services or for any amount you specify. Gift certificates may be exchanged for any other service or products. If more convenient, please call ahead and your gift certificate will be prepared before you arrive. Sorry, refunds are not offered on gift certificates.

Return Policy

We will gladly issue a refund on any unused or unopened product within 14 days with a valid receipt. If you are unsatisfied with any product once opened or used, a store credit will be issued within 14 days of original purchase. Sorry, no refunds.
